Kelly E. Barden

Attorney Kelly E. Barden was born in Cambridge, MA; she grew up in Quincy, and attended North Quincy High School. Kelly attended Lasell College in Newton, MA where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2010. While attending Lasell College, Kelly was a 4 year starter on the collegiate softball team. Kelly then attended Massachusetts School of Law in Andover. During her time in law school, Kelly interned with Spillane Law Offices as a law clerk, where she fell in love with real estate and the process from having an offer accepted to closing.

After graduating law school in 2013, she began working at Spillane Law Offices as a real estate attorney. She has represented countless buyers, sellers, and lenders. Kelly has also represented clients in short sale negotiations, loan modifications, and landlord tenant evictions.

While Kelly’s law practice primarily focuses on residential real estate transactions, she also practices estate planning and probate administration. Kelly’s favorite part of real estate law is the relationship she gets to form with first time homebuyers as they find a place they are ready to call their own.

Attorney Barden currently resides in Raynham with her family. In Kelly’s spare time she can be seen at concerts with friends, travelling, or rooting for her favorite football team during football season.
